Rhine Hejran, MD
Dr. Hejran, a board-certified Psychiatrist, Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, is a veteran who has served in active military service as a high-ranking officer, including Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Endurance Freedom in Afghanistan. She worked for the international joint commission, specifically with the US Army Surgeon General / NATO in Afghanistan, and as a Psychiatrist at Veteran Affairs, helping mostly Vietnam War heroes.
With over 30 years of experience in the field of Psychiatry and Mental Health, Dr. Hejran is a multi-lingual and multi-cultural knowledgeable Physician. Due to the shortage of Psychiatrists nationwide, especially in the city of Owensboro, KY, she has decided to provide the Owensboro community with her services in the field of Psychiatry and behavioral health. Dr. Hejran treats her patients with compassion and empathy, utilizing a biopsychosocial approach. She takes into consideration all aspects of her patients’ lives and offers a variety of psychotherapy and medication management options, treating a wide range of adult and geriatric psychiatric disorders.

A business leader for over 30 years with a demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and departments at the executive level. Hamed possesses a successful and diverse background spanning relationship development, team leadership, strategic and tactical planning, and short- and long-term financial goals. He has a proven track record in establishing, organizing, and growing businesses internationally. Profound in organizing team dynamics, he excels in managing staff at both a micro and macro level.

Jessica Buck - Registered Nurse
Jessica Buck, BSN, RN, is a dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professional with over 15 years of nursing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has built a diverse clinical background across multiple high-acuity specialties. Throughout her distinguished career, Jessica has provided expert care in emergency medicine, pediatrics, mental health, and infectious disease, demonstrating a deep commitment to patient advocacy and versatile medical intervention.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Jessica is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Her military service instilled in her a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, and resilience, qualities that seamlessly transition into her nursing practice and patient care.Originally from Northern Minnesota, Jessica eventually relocated to Kentucky, where she and her husband, Bill, chose to establish their roots. Together, they have made the Bluegrass State their permanent home while raising their two sons. Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in the community she serves.
